Beach Access Steps Away: Your South Padre Retreat

Positive: Everything in the Condo #203 was excellent... Cleanliness, Comfortable temperature adjustment...parking right in front of condo...and Walking distance to beach Access was the best part... Would definitely stay there again if possible... Negative: Pool was a bit small...and I think the water pump that circulates the water wasn't working...Water was yellowish in color...and missing a few chairs and tables around the pool...

Above and beyond our expectations! Positive: The location was great, everything was very well thought out for the property and for our stay, it fit all our needs perfectly. We will be back for sure for our next stay. Negative: That we couldn't stay longer!

Condo was a good value and while it didn’t check all our boxes, we would still rent again. Positive: The host was great- very easy to work with and excellent communication. They exceeded our expectation by providing us a bottle of wine, chocolates and decorations for our honeymoon. Great location - easy walk to the beach. We appreciated the full size fridge and the living room was a comfortable place to relax. Negative: The condo had a slight musty mold odor that smelled of past water damage that was never fixed. We couldn’t get the tv to work in the bedroom because it was Roku only and we don’t have streaming services. The bed was a bit too soft for us. It would have been nice if beach chairs and an umbrella were provided.

This place was excellent and we would make this our permanent place to stay when vacationing SPI. Positive: Loved that it was accessible to the beach.
